Steady-state Fluorescence

Both Varian Cary-Eclipse (Projeto Temático FAPESP 01/11721-3) and JOBIN YVON-SPEX Fluorolog-3 (Projeto FAPESP 91/4745-0, e upgrades Projetos FAPESP 99/08903-0 e 01/11721-3) steady-state fluorimeters consist of a 450W Xe lamp and a photomultiplier capable of detecting fluorescence in the 200 - 800nm range. Temperature can be controlled within the range of 0 - 100°C.
